Unfortunately, our DTF printer has been down since December 11. To avoid receiving new orders while we address this issue, I’ve temporarily password-protected our website.
As of today, December 13, we’ve received the necessary parts to complete the repairs. If the issue persists after replacing these parts, it may require a larger fix, such as replacing the main board.
I sincerely apologize for this unexpected downtime and truly appreciate your patience and understanding. For affected orders, I can either issue a refund or temporarily outsource your order to ensure it is delivered by Monday. Please let me know which option works best for you.
